Possible fill volumes

With the help of our filling installations we can produce volumes from 5 ml to 1,000 litres.

Due to our multi-shift operations we can also transfer liquids from tankers to 200-litre barrels or to 1,000-litre IBCs.

Filling many different types of industrial packaging

Standardised packaging

We package your products using rigid containers made from steel, aluminium, sheet metal and plastic such as, for example, tins, bottles, canisters, barrels or IBCs.

If requested, we also provide UN-approved containers depending on their content.

For some time now, we have been using plastic containers featuring innovative, high-quality barrier layers (6-layer technology). They ensure that your products are packed as safely as or more safely than in conventional metal containers (no fluorination!).

Foil packaging

We also transfer the positive properties of rigid barrier-packaging to highly flexible and fully drainable foil packaging. These high-tech foils can be used for various bag shapes and volumes; during many warehouse inventory tests they have done as well as rigid types of packaging.

Specialist for filling isocyanates and amines using nitrogen

These substances are generally reactive and must be processed with great care.

Exposure to (air) moisture turns isocyanates into CO2 and urea. To avoid this reaction, we blend isocyanates in atmosphere-independent stainless-steel reactors. Nitrogen is applied during the subsequent filling process. This ensures storage stability and maximum shelf life.

While isocyanates act as hardening agents (B component) in two-component coating and adhesive systems, it is amines that fulfil this function during the hardening of epoxy resin systems, which we also mix in dedicated stainless-steel reactors and proceed with filling if requested.
